The name means friends and family and that’s how this neighborhood godsend makes you feel. The prices are meant to be reasonable so that people in the neighborhood can become regulars. And that’s what you will want to be once you eat here. The decor is cozy and even has an cabin-like feel to it. The crocks (containers of various kinds of spreads such as pate and eggplant puree) are a fun and delicious way to start of the meal. The rest of the menu changes daily so you’ll never have to have the same thing twice but you will always be happy. They also have a fun drink menu with interesting cocktails. Great for 1-on-1 dinners or groups, and it is the perfect place to bring visiting friends and family.

UPchicago guests are people we trust, value, and would want to be more involved if they didn't have such fabulous and busy lives already.
