Neighborhood Overview

Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood is quickly becoming the city’s next hot spot. With a slew of new luxury condos constructed consistently over the past couple of years, the area has attracted a young and wealthy crowd. As the new trendy place to see and be seen, the South Loop has become home to quite a few new chic bars and restaurants.

Though the neighborhood doesn’t currently have direct access to the city’s “L” system, it’s by no means isolated. Many important Chicago sights are in the area, including the lakefront, the ciy’s beautiful museum campus, the Chicago Bears’ Soldier Field, and McCormick Place, the city’s largest convention center.

Keep an eye on this one — it’s bound to be continue growing and providing us with new, fashionable places to eat, drink and sleep.
