If you venture to Chicago’s far northwest side you’ll find the cozy neighborhood of Edison Park, home to various types of bars and restaurants all with something different to offer.
Chris’s Billiards: A Chicago Classic
The legendary Chris’s Billiards is a perfect place for pool players of all skill levels to knock some balls around and toss a few beers back. Located in Portage Park, this BYOB establishment gained national attention after being featured in Martin Scorsese’s “The Color of Money.”
Bangers & Lace (Bar, Wicker Park)
I can think of no better name for this pub and restaurant, as it features some of the best sausages the city has to offer along with 30 draft beers any make-up of taste buds would find appealing.
